The 5th Canadian Workshop on Harmful Marine Algae is 11-13 Sept, 1996.
5th Canadian Workshop on Harmful Marine Algae
11-13 September, 1996 Department of Fisheries and Oceans,
Northwest Atlantic Fisheries Centre, St John's, Nfld, Canada
The workshop will be organized to promote exchange of new and
unreported information and to plan for the future research on
aspects related to harmful marine algae. The proposed program
will include contributed oral presentations, poster papers, a
review of relevant work done by different agencies, working
group sessions, and a plenary session. The abstracts of
papers and summaries of discussion groups will be published
in a Canadian Technical Report of Fisheries and Aquatic
Sciences Series. The workshop is open to everyone (government
agencies, university research community, aquaculture and
other harvesting industry). There is no registration fee.
