As Web maintainer for the Institute of Marine Biology of Crete's (IMBC) WWW
Page, I have been asked by the system administrators to make an
announcement concerning problems in accessing our page.
 
An upgrading of our internal network as well as a departmental move to new
facilities have compounded problems in establishing adequate lines of
communication. From an analysis of our access statistics, we are aware that
up to 30% of users trying to access our site are currently facing
difficulties.
 
We are working to solve this problem, but it is currently out of our hands
(awaiting an ISDN connection from the national telephone company). Keep
accessing the page - we have more resources soon to be available on-line
but will not post these until our link is more reliable.
