Hi all
Here in France we also observe a non usual quantity of Balistes
carolinenesis in the Bassin of Arcachon in the south western part of France.
They were met specially in shallow water and a large quantity were dying at
the beach. We don't know either the reason why there was so much Balistes
there nor why they were dying. Lot of fish have also been catch by angler
has it is not at all usual here. I can not bring any explanation linked with
water temperature or unusual presence of food.
If anybody could guess an answer I'd be haapy to hear it.
