I would be happy to help review your draft document. I work as the aquaculture
specialist at the Hawaii Aquaculture Development Program, Dept. of Land and
Natural Resources. I do some planning and handle technical questions here
including permits, assessment of external and State proposals for funding. We
do not issue any permits, but advise the aquaculture public about what they
have to do.
BTW your issuance of ongoing news about the field via Fish Ecology and Aqua-L
is a very useful tool for me. I would consider it only right for me to give
you a hand at this time.
