I suggest that you contact Dr. F. Graham Lewis at the Northwest Florida
Water Management District at 904-539-5999.  He is their principle
investigator looking at this issue on the Apalachicola River system.  He
does not have an e-mail address.  Dr. Ernest Estevez, Mote Marine
Laboratory, has also been working on this issue from a statewide
