Thanks to everyone who helped me out with the references.  Many were
helpful, some were
not but thanks for the effort !!  As many people asked to have a compiled
list of the
final outcome, I decided to post it to the groups.  Not all have been
verified, so if
there are mistakes, they're not mine !!
