Several replies confirmed the fish to be an Atlantic salmon. One Irish
FishEcologist, David Riddell, asserted that "if the Haiku deserves 10
Irish pence then it's certainly worth posting!" So here it is:



Deep-Sea Fireworks

In abysmal murk
The luminescence of fish
Twinkles like starlight
