Folks -
Last December 6, I saw a posting on a mail list regarding a new Sea Turtle
Protection Accord.
The message stated that the agreement would take effect when ratified by at
least 8 of the 23 countries who participated in the negotiations. I would
appreciate information on the following:
* Status of ratification
* Names of the Eastern Caribbean countries that (a) participated in the
negotiation, (b) signed the accord, and (c) ratified the Accord
* A copy of the Accord
