Don't exactly know what you're looking for, but you should check
out the so-called "wisconsin model" for fish growth information. The
manual "Fish Bioenergetics Model 2" by Steve Hewett and Barry Johnson
does a good job of summarizing current modeling on fish growth issues.
The publication is put out by Wisconsin Sea Grant and to get a copy for a
