Concerning 'signoff' requests sent to FE:

In our FE Chapter, users are  requested  *not  to*  send  signoff
requests to the conference.  Furthermore, very clear instructions
on  how  to  signoff  are  sent  in  to  FE twice a month and the
FISH-ECOLOGY-REQUEST  address  is  provided  to  contact  if  any
problems arise, as well.  However, a few users will still succeed
in not reading any of the  instructions, annoying the rest of the
FE community.  Hence, from now and on, _those users who  do  send
in  signoff  requests  to  FE  will be registered and will not (I
repeat, *will not*) be allowed to resubscribe to FISH-ECOLOGY for
a period of one year_.
