Capt. Jacques-Yves Cousteau passed away, in Paris, at age 87, of
a heart failure: At this end, we feel both proud (because The
Capt. was our childhood heroe) and share the deepest sorrow
with our French colleagues and France as a whole.

The Capt. had fought in WWII, invented the SCUBA, designed
submersibles and uw-laboratories and, in his many films and
books, showed a great team spirit and the beauty and misteries of
the sea to hundreds of millions of human beings.

Sante' Capt.!!
