Add to the list, The Alaska Fishery Research Bulletin.
It is a peer-review journal with an on-line version available at
http://www.state.ak.us/adfg/geninfo/pubs/afrb/afrbhome.htm
The abstracts are displayed, while the full articles are stored in Adobe
Acrobat Portable Document Format(PDF). PDF files can be viewed with the
Acrobat reader which can stand alone or work with common web browers and
is available for free at
