Greetings: Any advice available on counting scales (lateral series,
transverse, etc.) on very fine scaled, heavily pigmented Cyprinodonts? I
have tried the
usual blotting, bending the body, etc., but am having great difficulty.
How about some tips on lighting or some innovative way to raise the scale
edges slightly?? Thank you in advance.
