POST DOCTORAL POSITION IN LARVAL FISH ECOLOGY

A two year fully funded Post-Doctoral Position (with potential for renewal)
is currently available to an outstanding candidate with interest in
pursuing research into the ecology and/or population dynamics of larval
fishes.  Prior experience in this field is an asset but is not a
prerequisite.  Successful candidates will have a strong record of creative
research as reflected in publications in leading journals, and will have
carried out research in one or more areas of ecology, population dynamics,
marine/freshswater  biology,  physical/biological oceanography or related
disciplines.  Persons with both laboratory and field backgrounds will be
considered. The ability to work effectively as part of a research team is
prerequisite.

This position is available August 1, l997 and will be filled when a
suitable candidate is identified.
