A new agenda for this meeting is available by anonymous FTP from Rich Text Format Microsoft Word Adobe Acrobat

Here is a short summary of the proposed agenda:

I. Exact matching when no absolute base is known (30 minutes, 9:00-9:30)
      A. Exact matches in section
      B. Matches with Content-Base specified
      C. Relative unresolvabe in the header, absolute in the body
      D. No relative to absolute resolution if no Content-Base?
      E. Content-Base in one part, not in another in section 8.2

II. Validity of Content-Base and Content-Location (30 minutes, 9:30-
