Nick, here are the headers of the message you just sent to the list. Note
that the "Received" header is certainly used multiple times by common SMTP
implementations. In HTTP headers like "Accept" can appear multiple times, so
I do think there is precident for this. I think the more important issues
are:
1) Do we want to have to write software that supports multiple names for a
single body part?
vs.
2) Do we want to have to send multiple copies of the exact same data in some
circumstances?
