I just saw a brief posting of the Conference and would like more
information.  Can you forward me a call for papers, registration
information, etc.?  The notice implied that all papers were to be
published in a proceedings.  Is that true?  Essential?  What is the
regestration fee etc.?  I attempted to contact Don MacKinlay but have had no
response and your web page appears to have no information.
