To the folks who receive Gene's fish summaries:
The next edition will come out on Monday (Gene is out today) and will
be distributed by a different Hill staffer, as today is my last day on
the Subcommittee. I've tried to make the changeover as smooth as
possible but there may be some delays, so please excuse any techincal
