I am looking for specific cases where law enforcement has been instrumental
in the success (or failure) of fisheries management plans.  Please email me
any information or contacts you may know of in reference to law enforcement
as a tool in fisheries management. I would appreciate specific case
studies, texts, papers, people, conferences, or ideas you may have. I will
be compiling this information for my presentation at the Law Enforcement
Symposium at the AFS meeting in Hartford.
