Hello, I am a Graduate student working on my thesis.  The topic is the Impact
of the Magnuson-Stevens Act on coastal fishing communities.  Any info would be
most helpful.  My primary focus is on the replacement of foreign fleets by
coastal fishing fleets in the EEZ.
