(please excuse my english)

Dear: Marty Kelly

In order to get blood sample from a fish, without harming it, you must to
insert the needle (N: 22) at right angle of the ventral surface of the fish
(at the level of the first thorn of the anal fin) until touch gently the
vertebral column. Aspire slightly until blood begins to enter into the
syringe. Sometimes it will be necessary to move the syringe lightly toward
out and inside until blood enter into the syringe.

Good Luck,

Mauro Nirchio
