The only topic we have to discuss is the content of Jacob's INFO DRAFT.
At most, we should only ask for a 1 hour slot, but that might also be
too much. As an alternate, we could do some kind of ad hoc lunch
meeting among MHTML Folk who care enough to join into an ad hoc
meetings, and leave the scheduled slots to more serious workers in
other groups.
I see no reason to have a meeting if we have no discussion on the
list. WG Decisions must be made on the list in any case, so we cannot
move the document with only face to face meetings.
I have seen no comments of any kind on the INFO draft. Should we
assume that the implemntors do not find it useful, or that they have
read it all and are past the need for it, and that they have no new
comments to aid other implementors with whatever tricky stuff needs to
be exposed to promote "Content Interoperability" which is what we are
attempting to make happen.

With respect to working group and BOF requests, please note the
following:
1. All scheduling requests must be sent to the appropriate Area

before requesting a slot for a BOF.)
b. Area under which Working Group (or BOF) appears;
c. Conflicts you wish to avoid, please be as specific as possible.
You will be notified of any conflicts which arise. Conflicts
should then be resolved by the Chairs and the final outcome

d. Expected Attendance (attendance figures from the 41st IETF are
listed below);
e. Any special requests. i.e., do you want your session multicast
(multicast slots cannot always be guaranteed).
2. Tuesday will have one-hour sessions. If your working group or BOF
needs to meet for one hour or less it will be scheduled on Tuesday.
Please indicate on your request if you will need a one-hour session.
Requests for two contiguous one-hour sessions will not be addressed
until all one-hour requests have been accommodated.
3. Working groups will be allowed a maximum of two slots. If your
working group will need more, please let me know. You will get
additional slots only if they are available after agenda scheduling
has closed (currently August 3) and with approval from the AD.
4. BOF's will not be scheduled unless the AD approved request is
accompanied by a full description (including BOF name and acronym,
chairs name) and an agenda.
