An Annotated and Illustrated Catalogue of Shark Species known to date.
FAO Fisheries Synopsis (125), Part 1: 103-104.

It includes information on the biology, distribution and pertinent
literature.
It's out of print so if you have trouble getting hold of it, let me know
and I'll mail you a copy of the relevant pages.
