Dear Alois,
I am working on Dentex dentex organogenesis in serially sections on
paraffin and metacrilate embedded sections from day 0 to day 36. On regards
to the swimbladder I am not sure if the pneumatic duct is still open until
the end of my study, but I have read that in sea bream closed around day 16,
do you have any simmilar results?. I think my problem is I do not know how
to see if is open or closed. Could you help me?. If you want I can send you
my adress and if you can send me some paper related to the sea bream
organogenesis it will be very welcome to compare the two sparids species. If
you have some photo of when the pneumatic duct closed it will be also very
helpful.
Please if someone else can also send me papers related with seabream
organogenesis will be very welcome.
Looking forward for your news
